Amber Heart gives the perfect introduction to Abby and Victoria in ‘May I Call You Mistress.’ I couldn’t believe that I was finally hearing their voices, and they were just as delicious as I’d hoped!
Amber does a cracking job not only with the character voices but also in building up all the longing, anticipation and sexual tension that we’ve come to love in this series! I can’t wait to start ‘Darkness of Desire’ next!

I don't think there's a bigger compliment than hearing that characters you've already fallen in love with on the page felt right when they finally started speaking in your ears. Abby and Victoria are so vivid in my head that handing them over to a narrator was both exciting and slightly terrifying.
Thankfully, Amber absolutely understood the assignment.
I'm so pleased she captured not just the voices, but all that delicious tension between Abby and Victoria. Half the fun of those early books is watching them circle each other while trying very hard not to acknowledge exactly what's happening between them.

I have to admit, 'loved it but it ended too quickly' is one of my favourite complaints to receive as an author.
The good news is that Abby and Victoria were never intended to stop after one book. May I Call You Mistress? is only the beginning of their story, and there is plenty more waiting for you as their relationship deepens, evolves, and occasionally makes life far more complicated for both of them.
