Email Whitelist Quick Guide

Want to be sure our drops, receipts and tracking updates never land in spam?
Take 30 seconds now with the steps below and you’re done.


1. Gmail (web & mobile)

  1. Add us to Contacts
    Web: open Google Contacts, click ➕ Create contactSave
    Gmail mobile: open any of our messages, tap the sender avatar › Add to contacts.

  2. Tell Gmail "Never send to spam"
    Drag our first email from Promotions or Spam into Primary.
    If prompted, choose Yes to apply the rule for future messages.


2. Outlook.com / Outlook app

  1. Add to Safe Senders
    Gear ⚙︎ › MailJunk emailSafe senders and domainsAdd › enter ruby@rubyscott.comSave.

  2. Or, when our email arrives, right‑click it and choose Never block sender (desktop) or tap … › Not junk (mobile).


3. Yahoo Mail

  1. Add a contact via the ✚ icon in the right column (desktop) or sender avatar (mobile).

  2. If you see us in Spam, open the message and click Not spam—future messages will land in Inbox.


4. Apple Mail / iCloud

  1. Add to Contacts
    Mac: open the email, click the sender name › Add Contact.
    iPhone/iPad: tap the sender at the top › Add to Contacts.

  2. Mac optional rule: Mail › SettingsRulesAdd Rule
    "From" → ruby@rubyscott.com  › Move message to InboxOK.


5. Anything else

Add us to your address book and, if our first mail is in Junk/Spam, hit Not Spam or drag it to Inbox—that’s the universal signal for "these emails are wanted."
